CoveCare Center’s Table Talk Tuesday 2026
Strengthening Family Connections Across Putnam County
CoveCare Center’s Table Talk Tuesday 2026 was a remarkable success, bringing together 148 registered attendees across multiple local venues. Three of the four locations reached capacity with waiting lists, demonstrating the strong demand for opportunities that promote meaningful family connection.
Designed to encourage positive family time and open communication, Table Talk Tuesday continues to resonate with families throughout the community. Many participants returned for another year, with some attending for the fifth time since the program’s launch in 2022. In today’s fast-paced world, where busy schedules often limit shared time, the event provides a dedicated space for families to sit down together, enjoy a meal, and engage in meaningful conversation.
Feedback from attendees highlighted the impact of these simple yet powerful moments. One guest shared that the best part of the evening was “bonding over playing games with your family,” while another noted the value of “family time without the use of an iPad or phone.”
As families navigate increasingly complex challenges, including the influence of social media and the demands of daily life, opportunities for open communication are more important than ever. CoveCare Center’s prevention efforts emphasize the role of strong family connections in supporting youth development, encouraging healthy decision-making, and building resilience. Events like Table Talk Tuesday serve as a reminder of the importance of creating time for connection, conversation, and understanding.
This year’s events also brought together a wide range of family structures, reinforcing that connection and communication are universal needs. Many attendees shared their intention to continue prioritizing family time, further extending the impact of the program beyond the event itself.
CoveCare Center is proud to offer programs like Table Talk Tuesday that support the well-being of individuals and families across Putnam County while raising awareness of available mental health and substance use services.
“It has been an honor to lead this event alongside our Prevention Education team,” said Barbara Naccari-Mueller, CoveCare Center Prevention Educator. “We are grateful for the community’s support and look forward to bringing Table Talk Tuesday back next year.”
